Healthy Vegetable Juice

Drink - non-alcoholic

Ingredients

70 g fresh sesame seeds

250 g cucumber peeled if not bio

150 g red pepper seeded

120 g celery

50 g fresh tomato

60 g fresh lemon juice

30 g pealed ginger root

3 garlic clovers

60 g fresh coriander

55 g soy sauce light

45 g olive oil cold pressed

1 pinch Cayenne pepper

625 g distilled water

Description

Refrigerate for 6 hours before drinking.

Keep for a maximum of 1 and a half day, in the refrigerator.

Directions

Grind sesame seeds (Thermomix about 15 sec. / speed 10).

Put all vegetables in the bowl (Thermomix puree for 10 sec. / speed 10).

Add the remaining ingredients and start mixing while slowly adding water (Thermomix about 45 seconds / speed 10).
